2025 Camp Registration and InfoBeth Hartka

Step 1 – Camp Date Selection & Registration

Click here to enter the ECPro scheduling portal. If you are not registered in ECPro yet, follow the prompts to register or use this guide.

You must create yourself as the client then create the ‘riders’. Each camper must be a ‘rider’ under your client account.

Please note that the checkout process in ECPro is different than it was in StatStack. ECPro has a shopping basket, so you can add multiple half days or multiple full weeks to your cart and checkout at one time.

Follow this guide to register for camps:

Step 2 –

Waivers & Medical Forms

Spring Break Camps (weeks 1 and 2) only require the Waiver of Liability found here.

Summer Camps require more extensive forms as they are governed by the Maryland Department of Heath and Human Services. Use the links below to complete them. They MUST be completed before the start of camp.

  • 2025 Camp Registration Pack
  • GEC Liability Waiver
  • Medical Forms – These are required if the participant requires any type of medication, RX or OTC, while at camp, even if they are allowed to self-carry. Please note that getting the Medication Authorization forms completed requires input from your doctor which can take time. If needed please get started on those right away – if they are not complete 7 business days prior to the 1st day of camp, your registration will be cancelled and the slot will be opened to someone else. Completed medical forms can be emailed to bethh@grahameq.org.
