Riding Lessons – SchedulingBeth Hartka

Children that have attended camp at GEC do not need to take an Intro Lesson – they can schedule a beginner lesson

  1. Anyone who has not ridden at GEC before, whether child or adult, experienced or inexperienced, must take an Intro Lesson. If you register for a different type of lesson your registration will be cancelled and you will have to re-register for an Intro Lesson
  2. When registering, the parent/guardian/financially responsible adult is the contact
    1. if you have multiple children that you wish to register, register one of them and email [email protected] with your name and the name of any additional children and we will add them to your account
  3. If you wish to add a 2nd person to the intro lesson, schedule, book and pay for one person first, then email [email protected] to add the 2nd person and provide their name and contact information. The rate reduction will be processed at the time of the lesson
  4. When you register PLEASE opt-in for other communications – this enables us to notify you more easily if we need to cancel due to weather
  5. If you cannot find an Intro Lesson that fits your schedule, check back later – we publish openings one month ahead at a time
  6. If you find a lesson that works for your schedule but no spots are available, add yourself to the waiting list for that lesson and you will be contacted if someone cancels
  7. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. There will be no refund if you cancel less than 24 hours in advance (you can cancel in the scheduling app). This does not apply if GEC has to cancel your lesson due to weather.
  8. Please read our FAQ’s for further information about what to wear and other useful information
