We are excited to have new students join our GEC family. We ask that all participants complete our welcome packet to ensure we have all the necessary safety information needed. Prior to your first visit, please completed the GEC Welcome packet by following these easy steps:

2. Complete each page, be sure to review thoroughly and sign.
3. Bring the copy with you to your first scheduled appointment.
