Please be aware that:

• PayPal transaction submitted through this page are subject to a %2.9 fee, which will be automatically calculated and applied to the total
• Checks and cash are welcome with no transaction fee
• Onsite and phone credit/debit card payments are subject to the following fees:
  • Up to $200 -$5
  • $201-$500 -$10
  • $501- $800 -$15
  • $801-$1100 – $20
  • $1101-$1400- $25
  • $1401- $1700- $30

PLEASE NOTE – only existing students with scheduled lessons should pay using this form, new students who do not have a lesson scheduled yet should schedule their lesson first.  If this is for a gift please click here for information about getting a gift card and do not use this form.
