Step 1 must be completed for each participant regardless if they are a current student or not.

Step 2 is required if the participant is not already a lesson student at GEC.

Step 3 is required if the participant requires any type of medication, RX or OTC, while at camp, even if they are allowed to self-carry. Please note that getting the Medication Authorization forms completed requires input from your doctor which can take time. If needed please get started on those right away – if they are not complete 7 business days prior to the 1st day of camp, your registration will be cancelled and the slot will be opened to someone else.

  1. Click here to complete the fill-able camp registration package. You do not need to return it to us, it will be automatically sent.
  2. Click here to complete the GEC Waiver of Liability. If you have multiple children participating they can all the on the same waiver – just select the appropriate number of minors when prompted. This is completely electronic, there is no need to print and return
  3. Click the links below to download medication forms if needed. Complete and email to [email protected]. If a participant requires both an asthma medication and a non-asthma medication, both need to be completed and returned.
