- login
- at the top click My Waivers, then view signed waivers, then search
- To make sure camp packages and/or medication forms were filled out – go to www.pdffiller.com
- login
- for the camp package – required for all campers
- under My docs at the top, click Link to Fill Documents
- scroll down to ‘Envelope – final Camp 2024 editable Form – Google Docs’
- check the box next to the title on the left, then on the right, click on the 3 dots then click on ‘filled forms’
- staff / volunteer health history
- same process as above, but scroll down to ‘Envelope – Envelope – StaffandVol_HealthHistoryForm 2023’ – this is not a typo – the form didn’t change for 2024.
