2025 Camp Registration and InfoBeth Hartka

Step 1 – Camp Date Selection & Registration

Click here to enter the StatStak scheduling portal if you are not a current student – follow the prompts to register.

You must create yourself as the parent/guardian then create the ‘linked users’ as riders. Each camper must be a linked user to your account.

Please note that if you wish to purchase multiple half days, you can buy a package of credits in StatStack before you register for camp so that you can check out using credits rather than doing a full debit/credit checkout for each camp date purchased. To find the package, click on the GEC icon in the upper left (takes you to the home page), then click on the ‘Credit Package’ button in the center of the screen. Once purchased you can continue as below. Clicking the GEC Logo in the upper left will always take you back to the home page.

To find the camp you want and register follow these steps..

Click ‘Group Lessons and Events’ in the center of the screen
Click the ‘Camps‘ button under the page title
You can use the date filter to narrow down your search

Step 2 –

Waivers & Medical Forms

Spring Break Camps (weeks 1 and 2) only require the Waiver of Liability found here.

Summer Camps require more extensive forms as they are governed by the Maryland Department of Heath and Human Services. Use the links below to complete them. They MUST be completed before the start of camp.

  • 2025 Camp Registration Pack
  • GEC Liability Waiver
  • Medical Forms – These are required if the participant requires any type of medication, RX or OTC, while at camp, even if they are allowed to self-carry. Please note that getting the Medication Authorization forms completed requires input from your doctor which can take time. If needed please get started on those right away – if they are not complete 7 business days prior to the 1st day of camp, your registration will be cancelled and the slot will be opened to someone else. Completed medical forms can be emailed to [email protected].
